CWI's Vegas VegFest is ON!

You probably know CWI for our work related to ending circus cruelty and advocating for exotic animals used in entertainment or kept in captivity. But did you know that we also run the largest vegan festival in Nevada?

We are happy to share that CWI's Vegas VegFest will FINALLY return on Saturday, October 15, 2022 after a 2-year covid hiatus! Our 5th festival will feature more than 100 vendors, dynamic speakers, entertainment, a food demo tent, a kids' zone & much more.

We are especially thrilled to bring long-time animal rights activist Jake Conroy to our main stage. Jake helped build the foundation of the grassroots campaign SHAC USA, widely known as one of the most successful animal rights campaigns in history. His efforts were documented in the Joaquin Phoenix film The Animal People. Jake's also well-known for his fantastic YouTube channel The Cranky Vegan.

New for our 2022 event will be a tent devoted to providing free vegan food demonstrations throughout the day. We thank Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery for sponsoring our food demo tent!
